What we offer...
Non-fault car accident? By calling us first you could save on average £537*
Why would I choose to use your free membership when I’ve paid for my insurance?

The answer is simple. If you have a non fault accident and you claim through your own insurance company, they will charge you an upfront insurance excess when dealing with your claim. This costs you £537* on average, but often a lot more. This is usually charged to you straight away or on collection of your repaired vehicle. With Non-Fault Accident Claims free membership, you won’t be charged a penny, saving you hundreds of pounds. We’ll also give you a free fuel card with £150 of credit on to fill up one of our like for like replacement cars, whilst your vehicle is in for repair.

But don’t I have to use my insurer to make a claim?

No, you will only need to use your insurance if your car is stolen, flooded, hit by an uninsured driver, set on fire. As all of these will go through your own membership because there is no one else to blame. Or if you’re at fault in an accident – but even then we can still help. If you have a non fault accident it is completely up to you who you use to deal with that claim as it is not your membership that will be required to pay for the damages. If you choose Non-Fault Accident Claims, we’ll save you from having to pay your insurance excess and give you a free fuel card with £150 of credit on it to fill up one of our like for like replacement cars.

What if I'm at fault?

If you are at fault we will provide you with £150* to put towards your insurance excess. In order for you to qualify for £150* towards your excess, we will need to be dealing with both parties involved in the accident.

Will it affect my insurance, claiming through Non-fault accident claims?

No, it will not. It’s completely up to you, who you want to use when making a claim. If you choose to use our service we will make your insurance company aware that we’re dealing with the claim and your membership will be unaffected.

This sounds too good to be true, what’s the catch?

There is no catch. We charge the fault driver insurance company for the replacement car we give you. We recover all of our costs directly from them so there’s no need to charge you for it. The free fuel is given to all of our clients as a gesture of goodwill, for using our services.

Who will be repairing my vehicle?

We instruct one of our manufacturer’s approved body shops, who use the latest technology and only genuine manufacturer’s parts, to repair your vehicle.
